Holding your private information is a serious responsibility, and we want you to know how we’re handling it. In summary, we only collect information necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interactions with us, and where you’ve provided (a) consent, or (b) the information directly to us. We don’t sell it to third parties, and we only use it as this Privacy Policy describes. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy. For Sites that access or use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and are encouraged to review the Google Privacy Policy.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act) applicability
None of our products or services are designed or intended for, and we do not specifically market to, children under the age of 13 years old, and we do not market any products or services to children under the age of 13.
What information we collect and why
If you’re just browsing a Site, whether you have an account or not, we use common internet technologies, such as cookies and web server logs, to collect basic information about all Site visitors including the visitor’s browser type, language preference, referring site, additional websites requested, and the date and time of each visitor request. We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. This is needed to better understand our Site traffic, and to monitor and protect the security of the Sites.
If you create an account on, or download applications from, our Site, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, which could include your name, username, email address, postal address, and other contact details, whether you are of legal age, your payment preferences, your feedback, and other details. Information related to your computer will be recorded if you use any software from our Site.
For Sites that use YouTube API Services, the user information that is collected, stored, or otherwise used, includes profile, email, channel and video metadata, and channel analytics. This information is needed to determine what aspects of the Sites you may access, to enable the appropriate account services, and to generate reports for you.
Note we use Google Sign-In during account creation and to authenticate you, meaning we do not store nor control your password or password security.
We do not request nor intentionally collect sensitive private information, such as related to health or religion.
If you disclose information about yourself on any community forum, blog, fan page, review site, etc., such content will not be subject to the privacy protections set forth herein.
How we use or share your information
The information we collect will be used to keep you updated regarding the Sites and Apps, on the latest versions of our software and services, announcements, updates and upcoming events. The information also helps us plan and improve our products and services, including things like collaboration or brand deal opportunities.
From time to time we will use your information for data analysis, research and development, sponsorships and other similar contest and/or promotion, as well as publishing aggregated statistics (such as subscriber count) or public information (such as channel name) in affiliation with the Company.
If you’ve associated a channel in our talent agency dashboard, we will allow third party sponsorship providers to validate whether your channel is associated should you apply for that sponsorship. We will also share the requisite information if you’ve signed up for other platforms we’ve integrated with.
We may host advertising on some Sites, as well as embed content from third party sites such as YouTube.
We may share your information if we are involved in a merger, sale, or acquisition. If any such change of ownership happens, we will ensure that it is under terms that preserve the confidentiality of your information, and we will notify you on our website or by email before any transfer of your information.
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when:
- permitted or required by law; or,
- trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or,
- investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
Our use of cookies and tracking
The Sites use cookies for gathering anonymous information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the site, and understanding how visitors use the site.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site due to dependencies of functionality.
Our use of third party analytics provider and interest-based advertising
In addition to the tracking technologies we place, other companies may set their own cookies or similar tools when you visit the Sites or use the Apps. This includes companies we’ve engaged to provide services on our behalf (like website analytics), as well as third parties that deliver content (like videos from YouTube) or offers (like ads from ad networks) contained on the Sites. We may receive reports from these companies on an individual or aggregate basis.
Specifically for information accessed via YouTube API Services, you can revoke any Site’s access to this information via the Google security settings page when signed into your relevant Google account.
Google API User Data Policy
The Sites’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information Security
We use physical, technical, and organizational security safeguards to help protect your private information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we use computer systems with limited access in controlled facilities to store private information. As written above, we use Google Sign-In during account creation and to authenticate you, meaning we do not store nor control your password or password security.
However, please note that no server, communications network, or data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. The Sites are no exception. We cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted through the Sites and make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss or misuse.
It’s up to you whether you’d like to share private information with us; if you do, you’re acknowledging and agreeing that you’re doing so at your own risk.
Information Retention
Information is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above; after that point, data may be kept only for statistical purposes. Note that accounts that violate the Company’s Terms of Service will be purged. At any time, you may delete any data you provided when signed into a Site.

Updates and Revisions
We’ll update our privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, our business operations, or any other reason we determine is necessary or appropriate. When we do make changes, we’ll update the “Last Modified” date at the top of the policy and post it to the Site, which you are expected to regularly visit. If we make material changes to the policy or the ways we process private information, we’ll provide you additional notices as well (such as by prominently posting a notice of the changes on the Site before they take effect or sending you a notification directly).
